Booking Policies

By scheduling an appointment you acknowledge and agree to the following policies:

Deposits: A nonrefundable $10 desposit is required when booking. It will be put towards your total cost of the scheduled service.

Soak-Offs: If you currently have nail enhancements applied by another nail technician, please add a Soak-Off when booking. This gives me the opportunity to safely remove the existing product and begin your new set with a clean foundation.

Cancellations and Rescheduling: Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled atleast 24 hours in advance. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours notice, will result in a charge equal to 50% of the service. A no-showed appointment is considered 15 minutes past appointment start time, and you will be charged 100% of the service charge.
